1st Halloween Party

In our small town one of the family's from my class invited us to crave pumpkins. It turned out that half of my class was there. That was fun to see them out side of school. They all love Rylinn and enjoy playing with her. She loves them too. One of my parents went to take a picture of her and she slide back into this kid for protection so he posed with her for the photo. We have more pictures of her costume we will have to post once we have them in digital form

camping at the beach

This summer we went camping at the beach with our family. It was a lot fun. Rylinn enjoyed the beach and especially the water. She wanted to stay in the water even when she was cold. Rylinn do a good job sleeping in the tent.

Rylinn's Birthday

July 18th Rylinn turned one and it was a fun day. We had a pool party with some of the kids from my class and kids in PMC with cupcakes. Rylinn enjoyed swimming with her dad and friends in the pool. After the pool we went home for a quick lunch and head to SC for a party with our family in SC and friends. Rylinn enjoyed her cupcakes, and the gifts she got. We have enjoyed a great year with her she is a lot fun and keeps us on our toes.
She is crawling everywhere and pulling her self up. she is starting to climb on everything and holding on with just one hand. Rylinn really enjoys the pool.

Dodger Game

This Saturday we went to a Dodger game. Not my favorite team at all actually it goes against my favorite team so Michael is wearing an orange jacket in honor of SF. However it was a good time to hang out with friends. Michael enjoyed it because we sat in the all you can eat section and he could eat all he wanted with out paying big bucks. After the game we were allowed to go on ht field to watch the fireworks. That was cool since we didn't get to see any on the fourth of July. This was also the first time Rylinn stayed over tonight at her babysitters house. She did great. She care less that we left and wasn't ready to be picked up the next day. She loves going to her babysitters house.
Today we were supposed to go the pool for a swim class but we got a call the pool is still closed due to green water and chemical imbalance. We will have to reschedule the class for another week because they think the pool will be closed for a couple more days. At least the the heat wave is over.

Exer Saucer

We were trying to block Rylinn from from going near the dog with toys and the couch. Instead of staying on her side of the living room Rylinn has found a new way to us the Exer Saucer. Instead of sitting in the Exer Saucer and playing with the toys she decided to crawl underneath. When she couldn't sit up she figured out that she could sit underneath the seat part of the Exer Saucer and was so proud of herself. She enjoys crawling and is excited about pulling her self up on everything.

It has been soooooooooo hot here and with no air condition we have had to figure out was to beat the heat. Rylinn's favorite thing to do is to swim in the kiddie pool in the kitchen. Most of the time we go to the pool and swim but right now we are engulfed with smoke. So we try to stay instead. There are no fires near us but the smoke is traveling to us. Yesterday there was a small fire about a 1/2 hour away but it was put out quickly.

July 4

On July 4th we went to Hurricane Harbor. Rylinn enjoyed the water and loved being in the lazy river. She was too small for the tube but instead she floated on her back in her life vest. We enjoyed our day with our family and friends.

Reading to the Dog

Rylinn enjoys books and enjoys eating them too. Today she decide to read to Sadie her favorite book of the moment. Sadie was so excited to listen and look at the pictures.
